Henry Ford Academy: School for Creative Studies is accepting applications for the 2010-2011 school year. If student demand in grades 6 and 9 exceeds available space, admission selections will be determined by random lottery. Applicants for grades 7, 8, and 10 will be added to the waitlist. As a public school academy all enrolled students will attend tuition-free. Academic and artistic ability are not factors in admission.

To apply, students need to:

1. Obtain an application in one of the following ways:
   • Download yours here
   • Pick one up at an information session (see Date & Times),
   • Call (313) 481-4000 to receive a copy by US Mail
   • Email info [at] hfascs.org
2. Be eligible to enter the 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, or 10th grade for the 2010-2011 school year.
3. Reside in the State of Michigan.
4. Submit a completed application that is:
   • Postmarked by February 8, 2010, OR
   • Hand Delivered to the Main Office of the School
     by 5pm on February 10, 2010
